Forum upgrade from phpbb 3.1.10 to 3.3.3

Although over 3 years ago it was decided that the forum will stay as is, without any further software updates, time forces you to move on if you want to remain up and running. Until recently we ran under PHP 5.4 which became- insecure and in time the host would have dropped support completely. The layout remains the same, but the icon images were changed to fontawesome. Most of the boards extensions are still working.
