Soo... you made a Substract/Yellow Brush to cut out a piece from a wall.
Now to add a ZonePortal, Select the Sheet Brush ,Match it to the door cut or just make it bigger than the door
Go to the Textures tab and browse to the Editor file .. Click/Select the green image ,ZonePortalMarker.
Now Go to Add Special Brush , In Prefabs select ZonePortal and click ok
Thats it ...

Zone portals are added to mask an area so your game doesnt load/process it if you arent in that area. It reduces lag.
