How to translate?

i want to translate text to chinese, and i checked other games like UT2004,UNREAL 2 Awake (CN Edition)

they all have a font utx file that includes cn words, but how can i use them on lotd ??

Translating the game requires extensive work and its pointless.... You will have to basically create a new game.
You will have to change the core files(Textures, System), which will cause mismatches for people that dont have the chinese version and the gametype and every single weapon and character files will have to be modified....
